Thomson超轻铝合金LinearRace导向轴是滑动轴承应用中标准Thomson 60 Case的轻量化替代品。除了重量轻65%的优点，超轻铝合金导向轴还具有超强耐腐蚀性，适用于水洗和水下环境（相较于大多数随时间锈蚀的钢质导向轴）。作为非磁性材料，铝合金导向轴是医学影像应用的理想选择。
